Panorama Digital 03 is the title of a program of electronic art exhibitions, which the Conde Duque Cultural Center organized in collaboration with two of the most prestigious festivals in Europe, Transmediale in Berlin and the Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, to bring to the general public the latest trends, works and authors related to the field of international electronic art.
