Intermediate and interactive installation
Date: from January 27 to April 2, 2006
Curator: Fernando Illana
This exhibition/intervention addressed the paradoxical relationships between identity, personality and appearance, and in which interactivity and public participation
played an essential role. In the installation Persona, Concha Jerez and José Iges addressed the notion of identity and its multiple perspectives using the
architectural design of the Pedro de Ribera Room of the Conde Duque Cultural Center. This space was intervened with visual and sound elements enhanced by digital and interactive technology, which play and create paradoxical sensations: hidden cameras and secret sensors, equivocal mirrors, music and elusive sounds and a constant flow of the most elusive and essential in life: Water.
