Cultural producer directed by Luis Rico, who in collaboration with the Conde Duque Cultural Center of the Arts Area of the Madrid City Council developed the Medialab Madrid program. The program, Medialab Madrid, was launched through various curatorial contracts that were formed around digital art exhibitions. Todo Fluye SL was created in 2002 to bill these contracts.
