
Psychologist and university professor in postgraduate courses in Education at the Catholic University of Uruguay, in postgraduate courses in Educational Technology at CLAEH University and in postgraduate courses in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Montevideo. His field of study is the changes formulated by the emergence of new technologies in society. He is a researcher and consultant on different topics related to Technology, Education and youth. He was an education advisor for Plan Ceibal and a researcher at the National System of Researchers (ANII) of Uruguay. He is director of the Link.spc Program (ICTs and Education) at St. Patrick's College, Montevideo, Uruguay. He is the author of books on digital culture, including: PLAN CEIBAL: the eyes of the world in the First OLPC Model on a national scale, Hyperconnected, Guide for the education of digital natives and Living in the Cloud. Adolescence in digital times. He has participated in Medialab Madrid in the banquet_03 metabolism and communication exhibitions.
