
He is currently a professor at the Department of Communication Sciences and Social and Legal Sciences at CESAG and a member of the Center d'Investigacions Film-Història (UB). He was a professor of video and television production and directing at the International University of Catalonia. He has worked at the Barcelona production companies Proddigi Films SL and DOCME Films SLU as executive director, leading large-scale international audiovisual projects. In addition, he has worked as a screenwriter, producer, director, editor and distributor of different audiovisual formats, both in Spain and abroad.
He has participated in Medialab Madrid with the documentary “Below the frequencies”. Below the frequencies is a fictional story that, however, questions the limits of what is possible. How to overcome our perceptual saturation and our resistance to direct advertising? Is it possible to circumvent the perceptual filters and unerringly activate the neural system? Jake Mainder, a senior executive at the Berkowitz Corporation, has lost his wife and daughter in a suspicious traffic accident. Now he is a failed and alcoholic man who goes on a prestigious television show to give a heartbreaking testimony about his dismissal and the death of his family. Mainder will reveal valuable information that directly implicates the Berkowitz Corporation in an alleged conspiracy: the control and possession of human consciousness through each call to our mobile phones.
