Doctor in Economic Sciences and Faculty Statistician, researcher and scientific disseminator. He is one of the most lucid voices of ecological economics and has written numerous books and reports. Among his publications, those related to urban issues, including real estate bubbles, also stand out. In fact, he is an ad honorem professor at the Higher Technical School of Architecture, at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. For his extensive intellectual career and commitment, he has been recognized with the National Environment Award, the International Geocritic Award, the Golden Panda and the Distinction of the Fernando González Bernáldez Foundation.
He has participated in Medialab Madrid within the framework of Banquete_o3 metabolism and communication, with the conference Economic metabolism and information.
