He studied Visual Communication in Würzburg, Germany. He has been an artist in residence at the Headlands Center for the Arts in San Francisco and a visiting professor in the Art department at Ohio State University. His individual exhibitions include: Vous sortez du Secteur, in the company of Pierre Granoux at Kunstverein, Cologne, Germany, 2001; Grenzpassagen, Kunstverein Frankfurt, Germany, 2001; Art Studio, Skopje Art Museum, Macedonia, 2001; Die Erde ist eine Scheibe, Galerie Schüppenhauer, Cologne, 2000. Group exhibitions include: ARCO, Madrid, 2003; Observatori, MUVIM, Valencia, 2003; HyperKult 11, University of Lüneburg, Germany, 2001.
Participates in Medialab Madrid with the online audiovisual installation Turing Tables (2002-2003), where he uses automated information from seismological institutes as evanescent material to connect the viewer with the pulsating centers of the planet and induce emotional states of consciousness through technology.
