Director of the Department of Culture, Education and Youth of the City Council of Tolosa (1983-1987). Director of Arteleku, Center for Contemporary Art and Culture of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa (1987-2006). Member of the content team of “UNIA arteypensamiento” of the International University of Andalusia (2001-2015). Member of the Basque Council of Culture (2002-2006).
