Platoniq is a cooperative cultural collective made up of Susana Noguero, curator, programmer and multimedia director in architecture and music projects; Oliver Schulbaum, curator, director and editor for television and the Internet; Ignacio García, architect in charge of communication and graphic design, and Joan Villa-Puig, sculptor specialized in urban and natural space. They are responsible for various initiatives that use new media as tools in favor of autopoietic culture, as well as for the realization and alternative distribution of ideas and projects. They have collaborated with institutions and organizations such as the CCCB, the Goethe Institute, Metrònom, and the MACBA.
They participate in Medialab Madrid with the workshop Back to the future of Commons (2004), which proposes building models that go beyond the use license: following the path taken, freeing up channels, bandwidth, software and hardware, to reach a sustainability of shared knowledge.
