Collective of artists, designers, architects, anthropologists, writers and farmers, they investigate social problems through art. Through their participatory projects they question systems such as food policies, means of transportation or agricultural networks. From a playful starting point they delve into the different fields of research. Futurefarmers' work has been exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art, the New York Museum of Modern Art, Solomon R. Guggenheim, MAXXI in Rome, Italy, Sharjah Biennale, Taipei Biennale, Henie Onstad Museum, Oslo, New York Hall of Sciences and the Walker Art Center.
In BANQUETE 03 – (in)communication they present Their rules, an interactive website designed by Josh On, where they explore ideas about the visualization of information and the Internet as a social construction and denounce the American ruling class.
