Numen / For Use is a collective that moves between conceptual art, scenography and spatial design. Sven Jonke, Christoph Katzler and Nikola Radeljkovic met at university and, almost twenty years later, they continue to have the desire to discover and make unique proposals. Like artists like Charles Pétillon or Leigh Sachwitz, but with a scenic bonus that seems to be inspired by the happenings of the 60s, the members of this trio play with the law of gravity, circus tradition and a Dadaist vision of art. With completely different personalities, they have managed to merge their ideas and perfect them after long Skype meetings. Residing in three different countries is not a problem, but the best solution. For them, everything begins when, after an assignment, they identify the sine qua non elements so that the project makes sense. They analyze the space, its limits, its possibilities. They study the condition and courage of the client, the text if it is theater... And only then, when they discover what each of those pieces requires, is when the magic begins. The starting point of everything.
