Next Limit was founded in 1998 by engineers Víctor González and Ignacio Vargas, who shared a collective mission: to be pioneers in the advancement of next-generation simulation technologies.
The beginning of this journey saw the introduction of RealFlow, an innovative fluid simulation software. Subsequently, its commitment to innovation saw the birth of other industry-leading creations, including Maxwell Render and XFlow CFD (acquired by Dassault Systemes). Since 2018, Next Limit has undergone a strategic transformation, diversifying its offer towards new horizons, such as artificial intelligence with Anyverse and interior decoration with RoomBox, enriching a portfolio in constant evolution.
He participated in MediaLab Madrid with the workshop “Computer simulation. Recreation of physical processes: fluid dynamics” (April 28 to 29, 2004). The workshop was held as a theoretical and practical introduction to computer simulation with the Real Flow software, developed by the Madrid studio Next Limit. It is a 3D software for fluid simulation and solid dynamics, applicable to both scientific visualization and artistic, advertising or cinematographic creation.
