Graduate in Sociology from the Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (1976), Master's degree in Philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1980), Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Paris I Sorbonne (1984). Assistant professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He has experience in the area of Architecture and Urban Planning. He works mainly on issues related to art and urban planning. Organizer and curator of Arte/Cidade /www.artecidade.org.br/, urban interventions project in São Paulo, since 1994.
