Spanish curator and art historian. For the last twelve years he has focused on multidisciplinary perspectives and the narrative of current techno-scientific culture. His research and curatorial projects address the way artists drive new conversations around emerging phenomena in our society and culture, such as the role of science and new knowledge in the perception of reality. He currently directs Arts at CERN within the European Center for Nuclear Research in Geneva, where he is responsible for research-oriented artistic residencies and new art commissions, which reflect on the conversations and interaction between artists and particle physicists. Before moving to Geneva, she held the position of artistic director of VIDA (2010-2015) at the Telefónica Foundation (Madrid), a pioneering award that encouraged cross-cultural expressions around the idea of life. He launched and directed (2007-2010) the Education Department of LABoral Centro de Arte (Gijón). She has worked as a curator of exhibitions and international events with contemporary artists, creators and thinkers from different disciplines.
