Doctor in Philosophy and Aesthetics (1995). She has been editor in charge of the Magazine www.lacuerdafloja.cl (14 issues) of the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile. Since 1982, he has produced and hosted the weekly program “Enaround the Arts” on 102.5 FM, Radio Universidad de Chile.
He has published more than 30 books, both in the theoretical area (General Aesthetics, Aesthetics of Digital Art, Epistemology of Art History) and literary areas (poetry and narrative). His essays and articles in national and foreign magazines exceed one hundred. She has been invited to teach courses and seminars in her specialty at universities in Latin America and Europe. He has participated as a speaker in International Congresses of Aesthetics, Semiotics and Philosophy. She has been nominated as an award jury in visual arts competitions in Chile and Europe and as a member jury of the National Council of Culture and the Arts. She is a professor at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile.
