Artist and researcher. Doctor in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has worked since 2013 at the National Center for Research, Documentation and Information of Plastic Arts of the National Institute of Fine Arts of Mexico. Latest books: Life in the electronic wetlands. Art and electronic, machinic, fictional and informational practices and Index Dateria. About how data occupied the earth and the articles “Concepts for a change in human format” (2019), “Beings in electronic wetlands: memes” (2018), “Fictional biopolitics. The hive mind versus the collective hero” (2018), “Dronification practices” (2017) and “Artistic loops in ambient memory” (2016). As an artist he carries out the Ectopia artistic projects with Luis Gárciga. Dramatic essay on retrofuture customs (2019-2020), Local Warming (Casa Caníbal, CCE Costa Rica), Planetarium (Centro Wilfredo Lam, 2016) and with the CASITA Jababacoa collective (XIII Havana Biennial, 2019).
