Kepa Landa

Doctor in Fine Arts from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and Graduate from the same university at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Cuenca. Thesis title: Identification, description, classification and analysis of works based on artistic representation of brain activity data. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the European University of Madrid. He has been a professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (2010-12 and 2018-2020), General Coordinator and programming manager of Arteleku (Donosti-San Sebastian), member of the Intermediae programming team – Matadero Madrid, coordinator of Medialabmadrid, Director of the Master in Art and New Technologies at the UEM, Research Assistant at the Newport School of Media Art and Design, University of Wales College Newport (Currently integrated into the University of South Wales). He has been part of the Research Group “Internet as a thematic and research field in new artistic practices”. Project HAR2017-82825-P (2018-2020) directed by Juan Martin Prada. Funded by the State Program for the Promotion of Scientific and Technical Research of Excellence, R&D Projects 2017. Currently he is a member of the "Creation and Sound Art" Research Group based at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM- Cuenca), directed by Javier Ariza. He has participated in various exhibitions: Reina Sofía National Museum, Madrid. Audiosphere Exhibition (work "Atmos Data Kyoto"), Medialab-Prado, Madrid (work "Avis Data"), Science Museum, San Sebastian, (work "Writing in the Air"), Center de Art Santa Mónica (Barcelona), etc

He has participated in MediaLab Madrid with the conference Art and biotechnology.
