Professor, writer and art historian. Graduate in Geography and History, Art History from the University of Barcelona (1987). Graduated in Pedagogical Training, CAP. Ministry of Education and Culture (1988). Doctor in Cultural Studies, Translation and Gender from the University of Vic (2017). Coordinator and member of GREDITS (Research Group on Design and Social Transformation, BAU). He has developed and executed numerous national and international research projects in exhibition, audiovisual or editorial formats, frequently in relation to image policies. He teaches at various national and international centers in undergraduate, master's or seminar studies, and is currently an associate professor at BAU. He has given numerous seminars and courses in many of the museums and contemporary art centers in Spain.
He was a fellow of the Royal Spanish Academy of Rome, RAER (2019-2020), recognized for a six-year period of research by the AQU, Agency for the Quality of the University System of Catalonia (2019), in addition to having been awarded by the Catalan Association of Art Critics (2013) and Prize at the Navarra Video Festival (1998).
