Artist and audiovisual producer. He has worked in different areas such as art, education, international cooperation, communication, electronic and computer technology. In 1998 he created http://neokinok.tv dedicated to the research and development of experimental television. Likewise, he has carried out different exhibitions, workshops, projects on communication platforms and temporary television channels in different centers in Europe, Africa and America. Collaborate with the collectives http://telenoika.net and http://latele.cat. In addition, he has developed different works such as http://mangorodja.org/ http://experimentaltv.org, http://opentaqafa.experimentaltv.org, http://tvlata.org or http://shuawa.escuelab.org .

He participated in Madialab Madrid directing the “Neokinok.tv” workshop (September 10 to 16, 2003). The workshop explored the wide world of communication, its challenges and challenges; recovering the dialogue beyond the show, in the context of an invitation to the public, artists and other groups to propose their own television. Thus constituting a new form of communication and dissemination of artistic and cultural content.
