
Architect from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid. Between 1981 and 2012 he worked in the Spanish administration, in positions of high responsibility, in public cultural management, specifically in the creation, renewal and management of cultural institutions and programs. Between 2013 and 2014 he was General Coordinator of Architecture Biennials in Spain. He has managed more than 100 projects in public cultural institutions, including the Roman Art Museums of Mérida, Altamira, Zamora, Fine Arts Museums of La Coruña, the Regional Library and Archive of Madrid, the Teatro Valle Inclán, Medialab Prado or Matadero Madrid, which have received various national and international awards.
