He studied architecture at the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and the Vienna University of Technology, graduating in 1998, and visual media at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, graduating in 2002. He has exhibited in numerous multimedia and video installations. in Austria and internationally.
His works include: “I can't stand the still!” (Tiroler Landesmuseum Ferdinandeum, Innsbruck 2011), “Giants ans Mosquitoes” (Salzburger Kunstverein, Kabinett, Salzburg 2011), “Asymmetrical Focus” (Galerie Stadtpark, Krems 2009), “CINEPLEX” (Secession, Wien 2009), “Translation is a mode.” (Kunstraum Niederösterreich, Wien 2010) or “Recent Changes – Änderungen vorbehalten” (Galerie 5020, Salzburg 2008).
Awarded the Government Scholarship for Fine Art 2009, the Würlinger Award 2010, the RLB Art Award 2010, the Hildegard Goldschmidt Award 2011, the Award of the City of Innsbruck 2012 and the Paul Flora Award 2017.
He participated in MediaLab Madrid in “Digital Culture” with “IP-III, 2003”.
