Cultural manager. Graduate in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid. Militant of the clandestine socialist organization in said city, being part of the JS since 1972. He belonged to the JS group in the Ventas neighborhood, collaborating in the work of the general secretariat and the Federal Executive Commission of the PSOE. Once democracy was restored, he was a member of the AS of Retiro (Madrid). Since 1981 he worked in the Culture area of the Madrid city council at the Conde Duque Cultural Center, coordinating exhibitions and being responsible for editing their catalogues. In this context he developed his work in the Medialab Madrid project.
