Founder and director of Aula do Risco, the re-establishment of the Quadrum gallery as a center for the production, debate, and dissemination of emerging arts in information societies. Since 2016, he has directed The New Art Fest and collaborated with the Extremadura and Ibero-American Museum of Contemporary Art to bring contemporary art museography closer to new technologies. He designed Ex-Mater, a city for art and technology, in Montemor-o-Novo (1995-96). He developed the programmatic foundations of the Center for Art and New Technologies in A Coru\u00f1a (1987).
