The festival covered three sections: The 2nd Winter Cycle of Science and Technology of the Complutense Forum; the Cibervisi\u00f3n 02 exhibition and the MediaLab Madrid project. All activities come together around the same theme of Fluid Dynamics as an approach to the models and metaphors suggested by current complexity sciences and systems theory, proposing a dialogic and multidimensional vision of interconnected and interdependent processes. The second Winter Cycle of Science and Technology of the Complutense Forum organized seven seminars where Lynn Margullis, Dorian Sagan, Javier Echeverr\u00eda, Mario Soares, Gabriel Jackson, Guillermo de la Dehesa, Ricard Guerrero, Manuel Pimentel, Walter Freeman, Antonio Escohotado, participated. Dolores Romano, Peter Weibel and Otto E.
